Was chatting with a friend of mine and we discussed about how to choose her Mr. Right. Ofcoz i started with memo's theory again, here comes memo's bed time story....
If there are two guys, A and B, and coincidently when you are happy you always bump into A and when you are sad, B always around you. If you have to choose one of them to spend ur life together, which one u will choose? I think 100% will choose B, but think again. Do you like this guy B? U will most probably relate Happiness=A and Sadness=B and you don't like this guy B.
So, right time > right person.
Another old time story. If you reach a beautiful beach and you can pick one shell and take it home. How do you know which one is the best?? Choose a place u like, draw a circle and choose the best shell in this circle.

I agree with you, that fate has something to do with timing.
It's the same theory as you walk on the street, u see the right person but is a total stranger, and your path will never intertwined.
So, good luck in creating a lot of "good timing" with your target dream girl :D... hahahahah
